These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bpxchi platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By accessing or using bpxchi, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction) to register. One account per person. Accurate identity information is mandatory for KYC compliance.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonus terms including qualifying criteria, time limits, and minimum odds are binding. Misuse voids eligibility.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bpxchi ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), operating at https://bpxchi.cam. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bpxchi platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
bpxchi is an English-language online sports betting and live casino platform targeting Pakistani users. All content on this platform is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the gambling laws applicable in their own jurisdiction, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any applicable provincial regulations.
Important: bpxchi does not claim authorisation, licensing or approval from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any other Pakistani regulatory authority. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bpxchi platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent updates.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions unless the context requires otherwise:

| Wagering Requirement | The total sum of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. |
| Self-Exclusion | A voluntary restriction applied to a User's account preventing access to the Platform for a specified or indefinite period. |
| PKR / Rs | Pakistani Rupee — the currency denomination used for all monetary references on the Platform relevant to Pakistani users. |
To register and maintain an account on bpxchi, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
Age Verification: bpxchi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend or close the account and withhold any funds pending investigation.
By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading. Providing false information — including false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
To create an account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a chosen password. You must provide a valid, current email address that you actively monitor.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. bpxchi will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify bpxchi support immediately at [email protected].
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bpxchi reserves the right to close all associated accounts, merge balances at its discretion, and forfeit any bonus funds credited across those accounts.
By using the bpxchi platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You acknowledge that:
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts, along with any applicable fees and processing times, are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction. These figures are subject to change.
Payment methods commonly referenced for Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as payment option categories only. Availability in the cashier is subject to operator confirmation. These payment providers are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, bpxchi.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. bpxchi reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address and payment method verification — before processing any withdrawal. Incomplete KYC documentation will cause processing delays.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible. The processing time for withdrawals depends on the payment method selected; indicative times are displayed in the cashier. bpxchi is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
All monetary references on the Platform are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for contextual familiarity. The actual currency in which transactions are processed will be confirmed in the cashier. Currency conversion fees may apply where your account operates in a different base currency.
Withdrawal Condition: Real Money Balance that originated from a deposit is withdrawable subject to completed KYC. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full, as described in Section 7.
bpxchi may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers and other promotions from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any portion of Bonus Funds is converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Minimum odds and qualifying bet types applicable to wagering are stated per promotion.
bpxchi reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from those bonuses where there is evidence of: multiple accounts being used to claim the same offer, coordinated betting to circumvent wagering requirements, arbitrage strategies employed against bonus terms, or any other conduct that constitutes bad faith use of promotional offers. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at bpxchi's reasonable discretion.
All Bonus Funds and associated free bets expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
Specific rules governing individual sports, bet types, casino games, and live markets are published in the respective Rules sections of the Platform. By placing a bet or playing a casino game, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable rules.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bpxchi platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance: bpxchi takes fraud, money laundering and access by minors extremely seriously. Suspected instances will be referred to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Funds identified as related to prohibited conduct will be withheld pending investigation.
All content on the bpxchi platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of bpxchi or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bpxchi.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpxchi shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by bpxchi's gross negligence or fraud. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond those that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
bpxchi is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all registered users and may be activated at any time via account settings or by contacting support:
Responsible gambling tools take effect as quickly as technically feasible once requested. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory reflection period before taking effect. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You may close your account at any time by contacting bpxchi support. Closure is subject to the withdrawal of any Real Money Balance held in the account, completion of outstanding KYC obligations, and the absence of any active bonus wagering that remains in progress. Bonus Funds not yet converted are forfeited upon account closure.
bpxchi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent or prohibited conduct has been identified; false identity information has been provided; or the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, bpxchi reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, outstanding Real Money Balances will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation, as disclosed in the operator's licensing documentation. Users are independently responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bpxchi's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the competent dispute resolution body identified in the operator's licensing terms. Details are available by contacting support.
bpxchi reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure. The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force.
